Horse puts tongue over the bit, shakes his head till he takes off. Any bit suggestions?

We have a Thoroughbred who puts his tongue over the bit and shakes his head and takes off. Everything has been checked and he is physically okay. Someone suggested the Butterfly bit. Have you got any other suggestions?

We would suggest the sweet iron happy tongue mouth piece which we can put onto any cheek piece. This mouth piece relieves tongue pressure while encouraging salivation.

We also have our Bomber Blue bit. This has been successful for horses with sensitive tongues but also seems to work well for horses that accept tongue pressure
