size bits for 14.3hh cob type weymouth and bridoon for dressage and showing? and a bomber blue for thb of 16hh/

just recommended sizes pls?

Hi Mandy,

It is difficult to estimate the size bit a horse will need as this can vary quite a lot between individuals of the same breed and size.

Generally a 16hh Thoroughbred will take either a 125mm or a 130mm Loose Ring Bomber Blue. Depending on how stocky your cob is, his Weymouth is likely to be either 120mm or 125mm, while the Bridoon will be either 130mm or 135mm, provided it is a loose ring with a broken mouth piece.
